Placing an order on Happy Stems website you are approving to the following terms and conditions: In such a situation:

  • Deliveries will be made between 10 am to 8 pm on the specified delivery date.
  • If certain products are out of stock we will replace with similar products of the same or greater value. Availability of flowers is subject to seasonal changes. If the photographed flowers are not available we will substitute with something similar.
  • All items like Cakes, chocolates and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand-delivered.
  • If the colors of the flower selected online are not available on the delivery date, another flower of equal or greater value will be substituted.
  • While placing an order for a midnight delivery on the website please select the date one day prior to the date of occasion.
  • Same day deliveries may not be attended to on Sundays & Public Holidays.
  • Deliveries are done from our various Franchisee outlets/ Channel Partners across India.
  • For international deliveries the product and the date selected may differ subject to the availability of flowers.
  • Happy Stemswill not be responsible for non-deliveries that result from:

A problem with the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement.

That the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.

Wrong landline/Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

The Address is correct but recipient is NOT present at the time of delivery and the house is locked. In such a situation:

  • Happy Stems follows delivery instructions that you may have provided at the time of order placement. If there are no instructions provided, then the product shall be delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Security Guard/Neighbor.
  • The card will be our proof of delivery. Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the order from the neighbor.
  • Online Refund is credited specifically through the mode from which client has paid the cash inside 24 working hours. Once handled by Happy Stems refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your record.
  • For delivery of Other Gifting Items like Prakruti Herbals, Edible Arrangements, Bags, Silverware Articles or other similar gifting items will be couriered separately and will not be hand-delivered along with the floral arrangement. The courier will take 6-10 days.
  • All floral bouquets will be hand delivered.
  • Any Complaint regarding your order should be informed to the corporate office within 24 hours of receiving the flowers with mentioning the correct order number.
  • All deliveries on special days like Mothers Day, Women’s Day, Fathers Day, Valentine’s Day or any other special day will be done anytime during the day and may extend beyond 8pm.

The international deliveries are done through the nearest channel partner of the delivery location. No flowers are shipped or couriered from one India or any other country.
